01. Marketplace Operation

Slokit operates as a premium digital conduit connecting verified business entities (Entrepreneurs) with clients. We prioritize platform integrity through rigorous booking and verification protocols. By creating an account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate identification data.

02. Financial Settlements

Instant Payouts: Revenue generated from verified bookings and sales is credited to entrepreneur's bank account or momo wallet immediately upon transaction success. Entrepreneurs are guaranteed full liquidity without holding periods.

Zero Platform Levies: Slokit enforces a GH₵0 fee model for fund reception. We do not deduct commissions from your standard bookings. Note: External payment gateway withdrawal charges are governed by third-party providers.

03. User Obligations

Business owners maintain sole liability for service fidelity and delivery. Clients are obligated to adhere to scheduling or utilize platform tools for professional rescheduling within the permitted cancellation windows.

04. Privacy & Data Integrity

We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your identifiers (Email/Phone) and financial data. We do not share your private contact information with third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling a service booking between a client and a provider.

05. Termination of Access

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior, harassment, or frequent uncommunicated booking no-shows. Slokit reserves the right to terminate access for accounts that deviate from our high community standards without prior notice.
